With a 240V power input, our heated towel rail range can be paired with almost any standard Timer or switch in the market. This allows you to seamlessly integrate your towel rail into any bathroom setting.

Whether you choose to DIY your Rail installation, and plug directly into an existing power point, or conceal all wiring and hardware; you will be able to fuse your Heated Towel Rail into your bathroom concept.

Ingress Protection Rating

Ingress Protection, commonly known as "IP", consists of the letters "IP", followed by 2 numbers. The first number, indicates the protection against the ingress of solid particles. The second number indicates the protection against the ingress of harmful water.
With this in mind, we can further explain why our IP 55 Rating is so important.

Lets tackle the the Dust Rating first; with the Dust Ingress Protection scale starting from 0 (no protection) to 6 (totally protected), our rating of 5 means there is Limited ingress of Dusted, to a level were no harm is done.

Now to address the Water Ingress protection Rating. This scale again starts at 0 (no protection) but goes to 8 (totally submerged and under pressure for a continuous period). With a Water Ingress protection rating of 5, our Heated Towel Rails are rated against the equivalent of water jets spraying from all directions.

With a high IP rating, our rails are able to be used in even more areas in your bathroom, just ask your electrician.
