At LINSOL, your tapware warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product which is defective through workmanship or materials at the opinion of LINSOL.
INSTALLATION
- ALL TAPWARE MUST BE INSTALLED BY A LICENSED PLUMBER OTHERWISE ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID.
- Isolating stop valves must be installed with all applicable tapware.
- All new connections need to be flushed before installing any tapware to remove any shavings or impurities from the water lines
- Temperature limiting valves need to be used when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees.
- LINSOL does not recommend dismantling the internal parts of any mixers or tapware as they have already been individually tested. Doing so will void all waranties.
- If the incoming water pressure exceeds 1200kpa then an approved pressure limiting valve must be used.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES
CLEANING
- A soft cloth is ideal for cleaning all chrome plated tapware. Never use an abrasive or harsh substance. Only use a mild liquid detergent to remove build up and tough surface film.
- Regular cleaning with a soft cloth will keep your tapware looking as good as the day you bought it.
